Our Team

My journey began with PSB as a Territory Manager and Technical Educator for Environ in 2014. Having previously owned my own business, using Environ for over 12 years, and relating to the day to day business challenges including the wearing of many hats, has all lead me to my current role. I thoroughly enjoy working across all departments and getting on the road to visit our loyal stockists during the year.

I have been business manager for Professional Skin & Beauty since February 2004 and I love using both our brands. My skin is enjoying the benefits of using Environ, while I am enjoying seeing the exciting new products/colours with each new season collection from jane iredale. I also love listening to our trainers who are all very passionate about the brands. I have been fortunate to have met a lot of our stockists over the years and have found them all to be very caring people. I look forward to meeting more of you in the years ahead.

I previoulsy worked for PSB as the Environ Education Supervisor, and the Auckland, Waikato and Tauranga Terrritory Manager.

I have been in our industry for 25 years and I am very passionate about every element of it, from business and team management, to sales and education.

In the last 8 years, I have worked with some very inspiring teams, one of which was Sales Manger in the Fitness and Wellness industry. In the most recent position, I had the privilege of working with an amazing team of inspiring managers as Sales and Operations Manager for an iconic and well respected Auckland skincare/salon chain.

I am very grateful to have the opportunity to do what I love everyday, to learn and share my knowledge, in such a satisfying and rewarding industry.

After spending over 35 years as a Beauty Therapist and working with both Environ & jane iredale in salon, becoming part of the PSB team has been a natural progression. Being able to use my knowledge of the beauty industry every day, working with a great team of people and stockists, in an ever-changing industry. I joined the team in 2011 going from helping out 2 days a week to now working as Office Manager Monday to Friday.

I have been with Professional Skin & Beauty since February 2008, and it has been a pleasure to work with such high-quality brands alongside an incredible team and our wonderful stockists.

Having worked in administration roles since leaving school, I have always enjoyed supporting people and keeping things organised. Over the years at PSB, I have had the opportunity to expand my skills by moving into marketing, where I enjoy creating promotional and educational materials that help support our salons and stockists.

The beauty industry is constantly evolving, which makes every day interesting. I have learnt so much throughout my time at PSB and continue to enjoy developing new skills and finding creative ways to support our brands and customers.

I manage the Jane Iredale New Zealand online store and support PSB’s digital and social media activities. My role also includes supporting digital marketing performance through analytics and campaign coordination, as well as ensuring online customers receive timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support.

I look forward to continuing to grow within the industry and contributing to PSB’s ongoing success.

I joined Professional Skin & Beauty (PSB) in March 2020 as the Office Administrator. Prior to joining PSB, I spent 10 years with a New Zealand-owned shoe company, where I started as a receptionist before progressing into a Stock Control role.

Being part of the PSB team has been an amazing experience. I've loved working alongside such a wonderful group of people and building relationships with our stockists over the years. Today, I'm proud to be part of the Customer Services team, where I enjoy supporting our stockists and helping them deliver the best possible experience for their clients.

I have been with PSB for 15 years as Warehouse Supervisor.
