We are an established Auckland based Skin Care Company, celebrating over 20 years in business, distributing high performing, well known professional skincare and makeup to Beauty Therapy Salons, Appearance Medicine Clinics & Hair Salons Nationwide. 


We are searching for an experienced full time Administrator to support our Sales Team and offer superior Customer Service.

You will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
  • Have excellent computer skills and be systems savvy
  • Be experienced in using Microsoft excel, word, acrobat reader and outlook
  • Be flexible, organised and willing to multi-task across all areas of data entry, customer services and sales support
